1. Return Window
Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, your request must be submitted within this timeframe.
2. Condition of Items
To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in new, unused, and original condition. This includes:

Original packaging and tags intact.

No signs of wear, assembly, or damage.

All accessories, manuals, and bundled items included.
3. Restocking Fee
Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This amount will be automatically deducted from your total refund amount.
Example: If you return an item purchased for $100, your refund will be $85 ($100 minus the $15 restocking fee), excluding any original shipping costs.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start the process, please follow these steps:

Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

Pack the item securely to ensure it is not damaged during transit.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
6. Clearance items
All sales are final
Please Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
